Job summary

Kedplasma is seeking an Assistant Plasma Center Manager to drive operational excellence at our plasma collection center. You will support the Center Manager, oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with FDA/CLIA and company SOPs, and foster a culture of safety, quality, and donor care.

You will lead staffing, scheduling, equipment oversight, and regulatory reporting, partnering with management to maintain donor satisfaction, ensure accurate records, and manage inventory and CAPA as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in regulated settings.
• Familiarity with FDA, CLIA and cGMP regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Manager in daily operations and staffing.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory standards and quality systems.
• Oversee donor care, safety, and timely records and reporting.
• Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and CAPA processes.
• Assist in scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
