Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Center Manager-level professional to oversee production-area staff and report to the Center Manager. The role involves directing employee performance and scheduling, driving inventory control, and collaborating with donors to resolve concerns.

You will also analyze non-conforming events and perform tasks across Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas, while fostering teamwork and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events.
• Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.
