Job summary

B Positive Plasma LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure product integrity and donor health in compliance with FDA and state regulations. You will support the QA Manager, Center Manager, and Director of Quality Assurance across operations, documentation, and training.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work with cGMP, CLIA, OSHA guidelines, plus rotations or travel up to 25 miles for training or staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; higher degree preferred in management, business, nursing, finance, or science-related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for donor interactions and internal documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Organize product in storage freezer ensuring orderly, consistent inventory.
• Perform QA review of product to be shipped to the consignee.
• Operate and maintain instruments for quality control and donor sample handling.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment used for processing and storage.
• Document operational activities and maintenance as required.
• Assist QA Manager and Center Manager to ensure SOP compliance and regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee destruction of unsuitable units and quarantine of unacceptable samples.
