Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking a Center Manager-level professional to oversee the general management of employees in the production areas of a plasma donation center. You will report to the Center Manager and guide daily operations to ensure efficient, compliant processes.

The role involves supervising staff performance, scheduling, inventory control, and resolving donor concerns while leading efforts to address non-conforming events and maintain high-quality plasma collection operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification.
• Frequent bending and reaching.
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged glove wear is required due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee performance and scheduling.
• Lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts.
• Work with donors to resolve concerns.
• Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events.
• Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.
