Job summary

Kedplasma is recruiting for a Center Manager to lead plasma donation center operations, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while driving donor satisfaction and financial performance.

You will recruit, develop, and coach staff, manage budgets, and monitor KPI targets. Travel up to 15% to support other centers or corporate locations and uphold Kedplasma’s standards of care and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Business.
• Minimum 3 years’ management experience in plasma/blood collection center or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of FDA/CLIA/cGMP regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 15% to other centers or corporate locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations including quality, compliance, staffing, donor experience, and financial performance.
• Achieve business targets for collection volumes, cost efficiency, inventory management, donor retention, and profitability.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff development; conduct performance evaluations and training.
• Lead risk management activities and ensure timely regulatory reporting.
