Job summary

Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is hiring a hands-on pitteam member in Atlanta to own the pit and meat operation. You will run smokers, cut and portion to spec, and monitor quality on every pound that leaves your station.

You will manage inventory and waste, follow procedures to the letter, and uphold safety and sanitation to protect the brand. Previous pit/line cook experience is valued, with growth toward kitchen management.

Qualifications

• Experience as pitmaster, meat cutter, line cook, expediter, or prep cook.
• Disciplined, consistent, and proud of the craft.
• Ability to maintain high safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the pit and meat operation: run smokers, cut and portion to spec.
• Manage inventory and food waste in pit/meat area; follow procedures.
• Uphold brand standards and maintain safety across the line.
