Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q in Mississippi is seeking a dedicated pitmaster to own the pit and meat operation, running smokers with skill and consistency and ensuring every pound meets our standards.

You will cut and portion to spec, monitor quality, and uphold safety and sanitation while progressing from the pit to kitchen management. This hands-on role requires energy and pride in the craft.
