Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q in Warner Robins, GA seeks a hands-on pitmaster to own the pit and meat operation, cut and portion to spec, and monitor the quality of every pound of smoked meat. You will manage inventory and waste in the pit area while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

You should have experience as a pitmaster, meat cutter, line cook, expediter, or prep cook and take pride in the craft, maintaining discipline and consistency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
