Job summary

Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced pitmaster to own the pit and meat operation, run our smokers with skill, cut and portion to spec, and ensure the quality of every smoked pound leaving the station. You’ll manage inventory and food waste in the pit area, follow procedures to the letter, and uphold safety and sanitation as the brand relies on what comes off your smoker.

This role is hands-on and high-energy in a live kitchen, with opportunities for advancement from the pit

Qualifications

• Your experience as a pitmaster, meat cutter, line cook, expediter, or prep cook is wanted here.
• You're disciplined, consistent, and genuinely proud of the craft.

Responsibilities
