Job summary

Empowered Pilates, a Club Pilates Franchisee, is hiring a Member Sales & Service Specialist to engage prospects, book intro classes, and convert them into members. You will support the Studio Manager with warm conversations, personalized service, and relationship-building with new and existing members.

The role emphasizes sales and service with optional growth opportunities within a fast-paced, community-driven studio.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, via email, and text message.
• Must be comfortable with public speaking in groups of up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve membership, retail, and service objectives.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Punctual, reliable and professional.
• Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt and evolve in an ever-changing fast-paced diverse environment.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
• Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in person and on the telephone.
• Reliable means of transportation to studio and occasional offsite events.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, text messages and phone calls. This includes always answering the phone, returning texts, calls and emails the same day, and escalating issues to management as needed.
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow-up, membership sales, or intro class booking.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients of the studio, be it in person, over the phone, via text messaging or email.
• Conduct tours of the facility while actively engaging with individuals.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift.
• Meet or exceed assigned KPI’s.
• Achieve personal and studio-level sales goals.
• Help to maintain a clean and orderly studio.
• Participate in special events as needed to promote the studio.
• Smile a ridiculous amount.
• Other duties as assigned
