Job summary

Empowered Pilates, a Club Pilates Franchisee in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a dynamic Member Sales & Service Specialist. This is a long-term, non-seasonal role focused on building relationships, booking intro classes, and converting prospects to members.

You will handle membership, retail and private training sales while delivering outstanding service and engaging with the studio community. Growth opportunities exist as the company expands rapidly.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the phone, text, and email.
• Comfortable speaking in groups of up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with goal orientation.
• Willingness to learn Club Ready software and use it effectively.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional.
• Team player who adapts in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods and manage responsibilities.
• Reliable transportation to the studio and events.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, texts, and phone calls promptly and escalate when needed.
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow-up, membership sales, and intro class bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, text, or email.
• Conduct tours of the facility and engage with individuals during visits.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift and KPI targets.
• Achieve personal and studio-level sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, orderly studio environment.
• Participate in special events to promote the studio.
• Smile frequently and contribute to a positive studio culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
