Job summary

Empowered Pilates - AZ is seeking a personable Member Sales & Service Specialist to join our community and grow with us. This is a SALES role focused on converting prospects into members through intro classes, memberships, and retail offerings.

You will handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and text, build relationships, hit sales goals, and support the Studio Manager. Pilates knowledge helps but isn’t required; willingness to learn and engage our hype squad is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across channels.
• Public speaking in groups up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, and phone.
• Execute sales protocols for memberships and intro class bookings.
• Provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, or text.
• Conduct studio tours and engage potential members.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals and KPIs.
