Job summary

Empowered Pilates, a Club Pilates Franchisee, in Phoenix, is seeking a confident Member Sales & Service Specialist to join our studio. This long-term, non-seasonal role focuses on connecting with prospects, booking intro classes, and converting leads into members within a energetic community.

You will engage with clients across email, text, and phone, conduct tours, and strive to hit sales and KPI targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for in-person, phone, text, and email.
• Comfort with public speaking in groups up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service abilities with results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong team collaboration.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, texts, and phone calls promptly and escalate when needed.
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow-up, memberships, and intro class bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, text, or email.
• Conduct tours of the facility and engage with individuals.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift and KPI targets.
• Help maintain a clean, orderly studio and participate in events.
