Job summary

Empowered Pilates, a Club Pilates Franchisee in Scottsdale, is seeking a friendly, energetic Member Sales & Service Specialist to grow with our community. You will chat with prospects, book intro classes, and convert them into members while delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates are confident, talkative, and capable of handling multiple channels—phone, text, and email—while hitting sales goals and contributing to a positive studio culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across phone, text, email
• Comfortable public speaking in groups up to 12
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with ability to hit membership, retail & service goals
• Proficient with Club Ready software
• Punctual, reliable and professional
• Team player in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable in a changing environment
• Able to stand or sit for up to 8 hours
• Good hearing for conversations
• Reliable transportation to studio & events

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, texts and calls; respond same day; escalate as needed
• Execute sales protocols for follow-up, memberships, and intro class bookings
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, text, email or phone
• Conduct tours of the studio and engage with individuals
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift
• Meet or exceed KPIs
• Achieve personal and studio sales goals
• Help keep the studio clean and orderly
• Participate in events to promote the studio
• Smile frequently and positively
• Other duties as assigned
