Job summary

Empowered Pilates, a Club Pilates Franchisee, is seeking a confident, energetic Member Sales & Service Specialist to engage prospects, book intro classes, and convert them into members. This role emphasizes friendly customer service, phone conversations, and in-person tours to showcase Pilates benefits.

We're a growing, non-seasonal studio that offers full-time employment with W2 status, opportunities for growth, and free Pilates classes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across channels.
• Comfort with public speaking in groups up to 12.
• Proven sales and customer service abilities.
• Goal-oriented with ability to meet membership, retail and service targets.
• Familiarity with Club Ready software system.
• Punctual, reliable and professional.
• Team player who can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours.
• Reliable transportation to studio and events.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, text messages and phone calls promptly and escalate issues as needed.
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow-up, membership sales, or intro class bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, via text messaging or email.
• Conduct tours of the facility while actively engaging with individuals.
• Meet or exceed sales goals per shift and KPI targets.
• Achieve personal and studio-level sales goals.
• Help maintain a clean and orderly studio.
• Participate in special events to promote the studio.
• Smile a ridiculous amount.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
