Job summary

Empowered Pilates, a Club Pilates Franchisee, is seeking a sales-driven Member Sales & Service Specialist to engage prospects, book intro classes, and convert inquiries into members. You will join a dynamic studio team focused on community and growth, with a strong emphasis on friendly, energetic customer interactions.

The role emphasizes daily engagement, event participation, and maintaining a welcoming studio atmosphere while supporting the Studio Manager and driving membership and retail

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across in-person, phone, text and email.
• Public speaking comfort in groups up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service skills to meet memberships, retail and service targets.
• Team oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Familiarity with Club Ready software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, text messages and phone calls promptly.
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow-up, membership sales, or intro class bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients of the studio.
• Conduct studio tours and engage with visitors.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift and overall KPIs.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly studio.
• Participate in events to promote the studio.
• Support the Studio Manager in daily operations.
