Job summary

Empowered Pilates, a Club Pilates Franchisee, is seeking a confident, energetic Member Sales & Service Specialist to engage prospects and convert them into members at our Gilbert studio. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and text, book intro classes, and hit sales targets while delivering outstanding member service in a fast-growing community studio.

Experience in fitness or sales is helpful but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in person, on the phone, text, and email.
• Comfortable public speaking in groups up to 12.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve targets.
• Learn and use Club Ready software.
• Punctual, reliable and professional.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, texts and phone calls, with same-day replies.
• Execute sales protocols for follow-up, membership sales, and intro class bookings.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, by phone, text or email.
• Conduct studio tours while engaging visitors.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs per shift.
• Maintain a clean and orderly studio.
• Participate in events to promote the studio.
• Support teammates and build member relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
