Job summary

The Valley Health System in Southern Nevada has expanded into an integrated health network serving more than two million people, with facilities including Valley Hospital Medical Center, Summerlin Hospital Medical Center and Henderson Hospital.

The role oversees the Performance Improvement processes for physicians, requiring a BSN or MSN, five years of clinical experience with QA/PI, two years in progressive management, IT skills, and Nevada RN licensure (CPHQ if non-RN). Travel is required.

Qualifications

• BSN degree or Master’s in healthcare-related field from an accredited program.
• Five (5) years clinical experience with two (2) to four (4) years QA or PI experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years progressive management experience.
• Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
• Current RN license in Nevada if RN; CPHQ required for non-RN.
