Job summary

The Valley Health System in Nevada seeks a Performance Improvement leader to oversee physician performance programs. This role requires strong QA/PI experience and nursing qualifications, with demonstrated management capability.

Travel is required as part of the position, and experience in a large health network is preferred. A RN license in NV is required if RN, with CPHQ for non‑RNs.

Qualifications

• BSN (or Master’s in a healthcare field) from an accredited program.
• Five years of clinical experience with two to four years in QA/PI, plus two years of progressive management.
• Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Current RN license in Nevada if RN; CPHQ required for non‑RN.
