Job summary

The Valley Health System in Southern Nevada seeks a seasoned leader to drive Performance Improvement initiatives focused on physician performance across its hospital network.

Requirements include a BSN or higher, five years of clinical experience with 2–4 years QA/PI, and at least two years of progressive management. Nevada RN license required if RN; CPQH for non-RN. Travel is required; strong IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BSN or Master’s in a healthcare field from an accredited program.
• Five (5) years clinical experience with two (2) to four (4) years QA or PI experience; minimum two (2) years progressive management.
• Current RN license in Nevada required if RN; CPHQ required for non-RN.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of the Performance Improvement processes related to physicians performance.
• Lead PI initiatives across clinical departments and physicians.
• Collaborate with QA, leadership, and medical staff to drive quality improvements.
