Job summary

The Valley Health System in Southern Nevada is seeking a Performance Improvement leader to oversee physician-related PI processes and drive quality initiatives.

Qualified candidates hold a BSN or a Master’s in a healthcare field, with 5 years of clinical experience and 2–4 years in QA/PI, plus at least 2 years of progressive management. Nevada RN licensure is required if RN; CPQH is required for non-RN. Travel is required.

• Two years progressive management experience.
