The Valley Health System is seeking a Performance Improvement leader to oversee PI processes related to physician performance across its Southern Nevada network. The role requires substantial clinical experience and progressive management responsibilities.

Qualified candidates will have a BSN or MSN, relevant QA/PI background, and licensure requirements as noted. Travel is required, with a dynamic health network offering growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BSN degree or MSN in a healthcare-related field from an accredited program.
• Five years of clinical experience; 2–4 years QA/PI experience required.
• Minimum of two years progressive management experience required.
• CPHQ preferred for non-RN.
