Job summary

The Valley Health System seeks a Performance Improvement Manager to lead PI initiatives across its network and affiliated facilities, focusing on physician performance, quality, and patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN or higher, with 5+ years clinical experience and 2–4 years QA/PI leadership, plus Nevada RN licensure or CPHQ certification. Travel is required and opportunities exist within VHS and its system.

Qualifications

• BSN degree in nursing or Master's in healthcare-related field.
• Five years of clinical experience with 2–4 years in QA/PI, and 2+ years progressive management.
• Current Nevada RN license if RN; CPHQ for non-RN.
• Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities
