Job summary

The Valley Health System in Nevada is seeking a seasoned leader to manage Performance Improvement processes related to physician performance. The role requires strategic oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to clinical quality.

Responsibilities include guiding QA/PI teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving initiatives across multiple hospital campuses. A BSN or higher degree, years of clinical and QA/PI experience, and a Nevada RN license or CPHQ

Qualifications

• Office software proficiency (word processing, spreadsheets, databases).
• Five (5) years clinical experience with two (2) to four (4) years QA or PI experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years progressive management experience.
• Current RN license in Nevada if RN; Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) required for non-RN.
• Travel required.
