Job summary

This role drives system-wide PI programs, collaborates with nursing, quality, and medical staff, and ensures regulatory and patient-safety standards are met.

Requirements include BSN or Master’s in healthcare, 5 years clinical with 2-4 years QA/PI, 2 years progressive management, Nevada RN license if RN, CPHQ for non-RN; strong computer skills; travel

Qualifications

• Five (5) years clinical experience with two (2) to four (4) years QA or PI experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years progressive management experience required.
• Education: BSN or Master’s degree in healthcare related field from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management of Performance Improvement processes related to physicians performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure PI initiatives align with quality and regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with patient safety and clinical governance across the network.
