Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking a Performance Improvement leader to oversee PI processes related to physician performance across its Southern Nevada network. The role requires a BSN or higher, 5 years clinical experience with 2–4 years in QA/PI, and at least 2 years of progressive management.

• Five (5) years clinical experience with two (2) to four (4) years QA or PI experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years progressive management experience required.
• BSN degree or Master’s in a healthcare related field from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada if RN; CP HQ required for non-RN.
