ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on patient care and hands-on training. You will assist clinicians, help with patient check-in, and support treatments in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, be 18+, and bring healthcare or customer service experience. Training and mentorship are provided, with opportunities to grow in therapy support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• Preferred: Healthcare experience (PT aide/tech, MA, hospital, chiropractic, fitness).
• Preferred: Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Preferred: Education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake and registration; assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients; review paperwork, verify benefits, complete forms.
