ATI Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. You will gain hands‑on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy tasks while supporting patients’ recovery and busy clinic operations.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, streamlining intake, assisting clinicians, and helping with exercises and home programs under supervision. A healthcare or customer service background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during check‑in and appointments.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
