Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly during their appointment time.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing treatment areas and exercise equipment.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support their home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
