Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. You will participate in hands-on training, assist clinicians, and help prepare treatment areas and equipment.

The role offers exposure to physical therapy practices and opportunities to develop essential healthcare skills. Qualifications include a high school diploma, being 18+, and experience in healthcare or customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms for new patients.
• Support clinicians by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and home exercise programs.
