ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care. You will support therapists, help prepare treatment areas, and assist with patient check-in and progress tracking in a busy clinic.

The role includes hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy workflows, with opportunities to gain valuable healthcare experience early in your career.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience required.
• Preferred: healthcare experience (PT aide/tech, MA, hospital, PT/ PTA students) or related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with patient intake, registration, and scheduling as needed.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas; set up and adjust equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and home exercise programs.
