You will assist with patient check-ins, treatment setup, and exercise guidance, while learning from experienced therapists and expanding your healthcare skills for a rewarding career.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required and 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake and assist with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Support clinicians by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Help patients perform exercises and support home exercise programs.
