Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in person and by phone during check‑in and visits.
• Support efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling with clinicians.
• Onboard new patients, review forms, and verify benefits.
• Prepare and sanitize treatment areas and assist with exercise apparatus.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
