Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team dedicated to patient care and growth. You will gain hands-on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to the field of physical therapy while supporting clinicians and patients throughout the recovery journey.

You will assist with patient intake, equipment setup, and exercise support, while learning best practices in a fast-paced clinical setting and contributing to positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience
• Preferred: healthcare roles in PT/medical assisting or fitness industries
• Preferred: Certified Personal Trainer experience
• Preferred: background in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and during appointments
• Assist efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling
• Onboard new patients, verify benefits, and complete forms
• Support therapists by preparing/cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs
