ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. You will gain hands-on healthcare skills through training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy practices.

The role involves assisting clinicians, preparing treatment areas, supporting patient exercises, and helping with patient intake and scheduling. A friendly, patient-centered approach is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake and registration; assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients; review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Assist Physical Therapist by preparing/cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
