Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care. You will gain hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy practice while supporting patients' recovery throughout their visits.

You will greet patients, assist with intake and scheduling, prepare treatment areas, and help patients perform prescribed exercises. Prior healthcare or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake.
• Prepare treatment areas and assist with setting up exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with performing exercises and home exercise programs.
