Clover, part of Fiserv, is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative for the Philadelphia area. This field-based hunter role focuses on introducing Clover POS solutions to restaurants within Sam's Club locations and driving revenue growth through face-to-face engagements.

You will build relationships with restaurant owners, demonstrate Clover capabilities, and provide on-site installation and training to ensure smooth integration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of quota-driven, self-sourcing sales experience.
• 2 years of experience with cold calling and prospecting.
• 2 years of experience generating leads independently.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• This is a 100% hunter and field-based role.
• Proactively engage with business owners & restaurateurs within Sam's Club, initiating face-to-face conversations to identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships by scheduling in-person appointments at client’s restaurants/business to demonstrate the value of Clover and solutions for streamlining operations and boosting revenue.
• Drive sales growth by leveraging product knowledge to educate potential customers on POS systems and online ordering platforms, converting leads into loyal clients through consultative selling.
• Install Clover systems at client locations and provide hands-on training to ensure smooth integration and optimal use.
• Uphold Fiserv core values with ethical standards and genuine client relationships.
