Job summary

Rentokil is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales of pest management services to commercial clients. You will develop opportunities, present solutions, and close deals in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing, and service offerings while building strong internal partnerships to deliver outstanding service. A valid driver’s license and local territory travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social, customer service and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of experience in B2B sales including prospecting (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated hunter mentality with ability to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure delivery of outstanding service.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
