Job summary

Rentokil is seeking Account Executives to sell pest management services to commercial customers across hospitality, food processing, healthcare, and retail. You will join a training program to learn our pest management offerings and how to convert inspections into proposals.

You will develop opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals, build client relationships, and use the CRM to track progress and results.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, hunter's mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Two years of Business to Business sales experience with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance for Commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil's programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure service delivery.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
