Job summary

Rentokil is hiring Account Executives to sell pest management services to commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail. You will undergo comprehensive training to inspect and identify infestations, then translate findings into proposals and presentations that win business.

Travel within territories up to 100% will be required. You will join a results-oriented team with a competitive pay structure including uncapped commissions and a clear path to top-earner

Qualifications

• Strong social and communication skills with a customer focus.
• Preferred B2B sales experience and ability to prospect.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions to commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships across internal departments to maximize growth.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the CRM.
