Job summary

Rentokil is seeking an Account Executive to sell Commercial Pest Management services to new and existing clients across hospitality, food & beverage processing, healthcare, and retail sectors.

You will learn and present pest management solutions, conduct inspections, and develop proposals that close deals. This role requires strong communication, a hunter mentality, and willingness to travel extensively within your territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience; prospecting skills appreciated.
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality; ability to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities via cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Develop territory strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize growth and ensure service excellence.
• Maintain sales activities using the company CRM.
