Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail. You will participate in a training program to learn our offerings and use a CRM to drive opportunities.

You will build proposals, present solutions, and strive to exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach. Travel up to 100% within territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license from current state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Preferred 2+ years of B2B sales experience; prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking) valued.
• Self-motivated with hunter’s mentality and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to obtain industry licenses as provided and paid by company.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventive maintenance for commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain full knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure exceptional service.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM.
