Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales of pest management services to commercial customers. You will prospect, qualify opportunities, and close deals while learning Rentokil's programs and pricing.

You will develop territory plans, build internal collaboration, and deliver outstanding service to segments like hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail. Travel up to all territory time is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a valid driver's license required.
• Preferred two years of business-to-business sales experience with prospecting skills.
• Self-motivated, hunter mindset with ability to work independently.
• Willing to obtain any required industry licenses provided and paid for by the company.
• Travel up to 100% of the time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and pest harborage to identify opportunities to sell pest control solutions.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure service delivery.
