Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking Account Executives to sell commercial pest management services to new and existing customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail. You will learn our programs and develop proposals to close deals and grow the business.

This full-time role requires exceptional communication, self-motivation, and the ability to travel up to 100%. You will work in a results-driven environment with CRM tools to track opportunities and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, hunter's mentality with ability to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil's programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service.
