Relation Insurance Inc. in California is seeking a Personal Lines Service Leader to oversee the department, mentor team leads and client service staff, address escalated issues, and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Must have Personal Lines and/or Property & Casualty license from state of domicile and preferred insurance designations (CISR, CIC, CPCU).
• Minimum 8 years’ account management experience in insurance with focus on personal lines.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• Experience using EPIC and AMS360 strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Personal Lines department and serve as liaison to the Leadership team.
• Train and coach Team Leads, Account Managers and Client Service staff; manage escalated client issues.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1s, provide performance reviews and feedback.
• Support hiring processes and coordinate internal resources such as training, broking, and risk control.
• Adopt innovative technology, including AI solutions, to improve client service.
