Job summary

Relation Insurance Services seeks a Personal Lines Service Leader to supervise the department, coach staff, and serve as a primary liaison to the Leadership team. You’ll mentor Account Managers and Client Service staff, handle escalated client issues, and drive performance through training and development.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, regular performance reviews, and the adoption of new technologies, including AI, to deliver best-in-class service and strong client

Qualifications

• 8+ years of account management experience in personal lines.
• License in Personal Lines and/or Property & Casualty is required and must be maintained.
• Proficiency with EPIC and AMS360.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Personal Lines department and act as liaison to the Leadership team.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1s for development and goal alignment.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to provide feedback and information.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and goal setting.
• Participate in hiring and interview processes; coordinate internal resources.
• Train staff on duties, standards, policies and process improvements.
• Address and resolve performance issues with HR involvement.
