Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Service Leader to oversee the department, mentor team members, and align with leadership on client service excellence.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance reviews, and process improvements to deliver best-in-class service. The position requires an active Personal Lines or P&C license, 8+ years in account management within insurance, and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must have Personal Lines and/or Property and Casualty license.
• 8+ years account management experience in insurance with a focus on personal lines.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• Experience using EPIC and AMS360 strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Personal Lines department and liaises with Leadership.
• Trains Team Leads, Account Managers and Client Service staff.
• Addresses escalated client issues and coaches performance.
• Leads regular team meetings and 1:1s for development.
• Participates in hiring and interviews and coordinates internal resources.
• Trains staff on duties, standards, policies; conducts audits.
• Partners with HR to address performance concerns.
• Reviews time and attendance entries and supports cross-sell opportunities.
• Keeps updated on industry trends and technology; supports process improvements.
