Qualifications

• Must hold Personal Lines license (domicile state) and maintain it.
• minimum 8 years of account management experience in personal lines.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• Experience using EPIC and AMS360 strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills for in-person and virtual sessions.
• In-depth understanding of personal lines coverage to advise clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.

Responsabilités

• Supervises the department, mentoring staff and serving as a resource.
• Leads team meetings and 1:1s for development and goal alignment.
• Collaborates with Team Leaders, providing feedback and information.
• Conducts annual performance reviews and goal setting.
• Participates in hiring and interview processes; coordinates training and risk control.
• Trains staff on duties, policies, and standards; audits adherence.
• Partners with Service Leadership and HR to address performance concerns.
• Provides feedback to leadership to improve structure and productivity.
• Reviews and approves time and attendance entries.
• Acts as secondary contact for carriers and underwriters with guidance.
• Assists with account maintenance and escalated client issues.
• Supports cross-sell opportunities aligned with client retention.
• Ensures timelines and metrics are met; stays updated on industry trends.
• Implements process improvements and AI solutions in service delivery.
