Job summary

Relation Insurance seeks a Personal Lines Service Leader to oversee the department, mentor Team Leads, Account Managers and Client Service staff, and handle escalated client issues. You will drive performance coaching, hiring decisions, and cross-sell opportunities to improve retention.

Candidates should hold a Personal Lines and/or P&C license, have 8+ years in insurance account management, and ideally possess EPIC/AMS360 experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of account management experience in insurance with personal lines focus.
• Hold a Personal Lines and/or Property and Casualty license in domicile state.
• Degree preferred and insurance designations encouraged (CISR, CIC, CPCU).
• Proficient with EPIC and AMS360; strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Personal Lines department and mentor team leads and staff.
• Lead meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews; provide coaching.
• Address escalated client issues and coordinate training and development.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and cross-sell opportunities with clients.
• Ensure adherence to service standards and use of new technology.
