Job summary

Relation Insurance Services is seeking a Personal Lines Service Leader to oversee the department, train Leads and staff, and address escalated client issues. You will coach teams, conduct reviews, and participate in hiring to build a high-performing unit focused on personal lines coverage.

You must hold a Personal Lines or P&C license and bring 8 years of account management experience, with a four-year degree preferred. Proficiency with EPIC/AMS360 and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 8 years of account management experience in insurance, personal lines.
• Valid Personal Lines license; designations such as CISR/CIC/CPCU are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with EPIC and AMS360 strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and oversee the department.
• Lead team meetings and regular 1:1s for development and goal alignment.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders; provide feedback and information.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and goal setting.
• Participate in hiring and interview process; coordinate resources.
• Adopt AI solutions into the service process to improve client service.
